Refund policy

 

At HEYJOY, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition 

  • All tags must be intact 

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, we can arrange a direct exchange — no need to place a new order.
As soon as we receive your item, we’ll send your new size.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number 

  • A description of the issue 

  • Clear photos of the item 

We will resolve this as quickly as possible, including covering return shipping where applicable.
